Streamlinx is a multi-platform stream monitoring service that provides the following features:

Streamlinx offers the following subscription tiers:
Premium subscriptions are currently managed through Discord's App Subscription system. By subscribing, you agree to Discord's Terms of Service and payment policies. Billing, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Discord. We automatically detect your subscription status through Discord's API.
If your Discord subscription expires or is cancelled, your server will be automatically downgraded to the Free tier. This may result in:
Subscription pricing is displayed in the Discord App Directory and through our web portal. We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time with at least 30 days advance notice. Price changes will not affect active subscriptions until the next billing cycle.
Refund requests for Discord-managed subscriptions should be directed to Discord Support. We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances, such as service outages or billing errors.
We may offer free trials or promotional periods for Premium features. Free trials are subject to these Terms and may be limited to one per Discord server. We reserve the right to determine eligibility and discontinue trials at any time.
The Service, including all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to software, text, displays, images, and design), is owned by Streamlinx, its licensors, or other providers of such material and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the software, unless applicable laws prohibit these restrictions or you have our written permission.
The Streamlinx name and logo are trademarks of Streamlinx. Third-party trademarks including Discord, Twitch, and YouTube are the property of their respective owners. Use of these trademarks does not imply endorsement by these companies.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Stream monitoring relies on polling and webhook delivery from third-party platforms. Delays in notifications may occur due to platform rate limits, webhook delivery failures, or network issues. We are not responsible for missed notifications caused by factors outside our control.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STREAMLINX, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

You acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk. Any material downloaded or obtained through the Service is done at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from such material.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Streamlinx, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses in any dispute resolution proceeding.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder, in whole or in part, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice or consent. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section shall be void.
